I'm 5'4, size 10 pants, 38 D bra. I ordered a large. I had to do some adjustments to the straps to get my boobs in the cups enough to not be obscene. The back strap squeezes my love handles and makes the suit unflattering but I was able to leave that open and tuck the back straps under. The cups are small but if I size up to an XL the suit will be baggy. Just a quick note to the busty ladies here.
